Miami Heat defeat Portland Trail Blazers

The Miami Heat took control from the start to record a 107-100 win over the Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA last night.
Michael Beasley scored a season high 27 points and Dwyane Wade had 18 points and 12 assists for Miami.
Greg Oden grabbed a career high 20 rebounds and scored 13 points for Portland, who have now lost three consecutive games.
In Charlotte, North Carolina, Boston Celtics cruised past Charlotte Bobcats 108-90 for their fifth straight victory.
In Los Angeles, the hosts won their seventh straight, downing New Orleans 110-99 to take the overall NBA lead.
Andrew Bynum scored 21 points and Kobe Bryant added 18 on a light night of work.
Other winners last night were Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks and Washington Wizards.
