T&T PM in Cuba for medical tests

Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister, Patrick Manning is now in Cuba for what the Office of the Prime Minister said is a routine medical examination.
Last December, the 63-year-old Manning underwent surgery in Havana to remove a malignant tumour in his left kidney.
He said the Cuban government, had funded the surgery which was done at the Cimeq Hospital.
In 1998, Mr. Manning had valve replacement surgery and had a pacemaker inserted in 2004.
The statement said Manning is expected to return to Trinidad and Tobago on Wednesday.
