Antigua and Barbuda\'s National Security Minister is warning artistes who portray violence and gangsterism in their lyrics, that they are not welcome in the country.
Speaking during the budget debate, Senator Errol Cort said some of the lyrics, especially those in dance hall-type songs, were affecting young people.
He said the government could go the legislative route to try to tackle the problem.
He said the objective is to bring an end to lyrics that seek to corrupt the minds of the youth.
