Dominica\'s opposition United Workers Party (UWP) says its three elected Members of Parliament will not take the oath of office.
The party also says it will boycott the parliament.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit\'s Dominica Labour Party won a landslide victory in last Friday\'s general election, taking 18 of the 21 seats with the other three going to the UWP.
The Opposition Leader Ron Green has rejected the outcome of the polls and has called for fresh general elections.
Green was initially returned the winner of the La Plaine constituency he represented in the last term, but following a recount on Saturday he lost the seat by two votes.
Mr Green says he intends to challenge that decision in court.
