T&T opinion poll favours Bissessar for leader of UNC

An opinion poll in Trinidad and Tobago has indicated that Kamla Persad-Bissessar is expected to win the leadership of the main opposition United National Congress (UNC) by a landslide victory in upcoming elections.
Persad-Bissessar, who once served as the leader of the Opposition is one of two UNC members who will challenge former Prime Minister, Basdeo Panday for the leadership of the party.
The other is former Attorney General, Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj.
