Bermuda confirms first swine flu death

Bermuda’s Chief Medical Officer has confirmed the island’s first death from the Influenza A H1N1 virus.
Dr John Cann said the victim, who was not named, died from the virus late last year.
In an update on the virus, the government disclosed that two Bermudians died from influenza last year.
One of the victims was confirmed with the H1N1 virus.
There have been 25 confirmed cases of the H1N1 in Bermuda.
Eleven people suspected of having the virus were hospitalized.
