The Technical and Allied Workers Union and the Grenada Distillers Company have been at odds for several days after the company dismissed the workers who had refused to sign a document.

The union and the company are in negotiations on new employment contracts.

Mr. Griffths has asked the union to call off its industrial action at the distillery.
