The Government and the Opposition in Grenada have clashed over renewed decisions by that country\'s government to pursue oil and gas explorations in its waters.

Grenada has just completed the second round of maritime boundary talks with Trinidad and Tobago, and Foreign Affairs Minister, Peter David, says the two are now closer to reaching an agreement.

However, Opposition Leader and former Prime Minister Dr Keith Mitchell, says there will be no conclusion to the delimitation talks and no oil and gas exploration until a related court case in New York is cleared up.
