Maragh, Ramgeet win in Florida

Jamaica jockeys Rajiv Maragh and Andrew Ramgeet secured a victory each during midweek racing in Florida yesterday.
Maragh captured the seventh race to stay top of the jockeys’ table at Gulfstream Park on Florida’s east coach.
He steered the favourite IT’S NEVER TO BE LATE to an easy victory by 4 ½ lengths.
Three-time Jamaica champion, Ramgeet, scored in the eighth race at Tampa Downs on the state’s west side.
Ramgeet scored a fighting victory in the US$17,200 allowance race with the 2 to 1 favourite BLUSHING BEAR.
