Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Dr Ralph Gonsalves has called for greater cooperation between Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Dr Gonsalves made the appeal at the just ended African Union heads of government summit in Ethiopia.

He said there was need for the three regions to work very closely to build a mighty force, which would transform the lives of people for generations.

According to Dr Gonsalves cooperation could come in the areas of trade, air and sea transportation, investment and culture.

The summit was attended by a large delegation of Caribbean political and business leaders including re-elected St Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister, Dr Denzil Douglas.
