Skittle Queen for feature

Mid-week racing continues at Caymanas Park tomorrow featuring the Ash Wednesday Trophy over 1300 metres to be contested by eight starters.



The race should come down to a straight fight between SKITTLE QUEEN from the all-conquering stables of Wayne DaCosta and Richard Azan-trained THE CHIEF.



Both horses met over the round five course on October 28 of last year with THE CHIEF scoring a two-and-half lengths victory in a smart time of 59.3. SKITTLE QUEEN, made late headway to finish third.



Now with the trip extended SKITTLE QUEEN with champion jockey Omar Walker is expected to get the better of the Dick Cardenas ridden THE CHIEF.
