Tarrant, Meadowbrook face off

Unbeaten Tarrant and Meadowbrook High will face off in the two-day final of the urban area Inter Secondary Schools Sports Association/First Global Bank ‘A’ League cricket competition, starting this morning at Melbourne Oval.



The match begins at 10 a.m. each morning.



By virtue of reaching the final, both schools have earned the right to contest the semi-final round of the top-tier Grace Shield competition, which also bowls off today with two matches.



Those semi-final round games are defending five-time champions Eltham against St Catherine at Eltham and last year’s beaten finalist Inswood hosting Excelsior High at Chedwin Park.



Both matches are also scheduled for two days and two innings.
