St Lucia Police chief condemns attack on officers

St Lucia’s police chief Ausbert Regis has condemned the latest attack on police personnel that left one dead and another wounded.
The two were providing security at a supermarket on Friday when they were shot.
Corporal Vincent Peters died on the spot, while his partner, Corporal Timothy John has been hospitalized after being shot several times.
It’s the third attack on police personnel so far this year.
