T&T to tackle rising food cost

The Consumer Affairs Minister in Trinidad and Tobago is expected to address the country today on the rising cost of living.
The price of basic commodities, such as rice and flour has risen by as much as 40 percent in the past year.
One local consumer advocate, Hazel Brown, told BBC Caribbean she doubts that the minister’s address will bring relief for the people.
