A British court has ruled that Antiguan liquidators, and not the US receiver, should be recognised as the foreign representatives of Allen Stanford\'s offshore bank in the UK.
Mr Stanford is accused of a US$7 billion fraud scheme.
He is now in jail awaiting trail and has denied the charges against him.
The two sides have been battling for control of $100 million of assets in the UK, which is linked to Mr Stanford.
