Harbour View takes NPL lead

Harbour View turned in a good performance yesterday to beat reigning champions Tivoli Gardens 2-0 in their top-of-the-table Digicel Premier League clash at Harbour View Mini Stadium.
Raffic Thomas and John Ross Campbell scored the goals as Harbour View shot to top of the table on 60 points, three ahead of Tivoli Gardens.
Both teams were locked on 57 points, with Tivoli ahead on goal difference, going into yesterday’s contest.
Tivoli Gardens ended the game with 10 players as Christopher Jackson was given marching orders in the second half for picking up two yellow cards.
In another interesting contest, Portmore United beat third place Waterhouse 2-0 at Ferdie Neita Park to move from bottom of the table.
