Haitian President Rene Preval has condemned US criticism of corruption in his government.
President Preval has objected to a US State Department Human Rights report on Haiti for 2009 which was released last week.
The report said corruption remains widespread in all branches and at all levels of the Haitian government.
But Mr Preval has described the report as arrogant, saying it’s an arbitrary judgement to which the government will not respond.
