Lions humble Waterhouse
A defender’s goal in time added on led Humble Lions a 2-1 victory over Waterhouse in their quarterfinal match of the Flow Champions Cup at Effortville Community Centre in Clarendon a short while ago.
Kimroy Davis scored the other goal for Humble Lions in the 17th minute, while Kevin Lamey responded for Waterhouse in the 40th minute.
Meanwhile, the most anticipated quarterfinal match up will take place later this evening between Premier League leaders Harbour View and fourth-place St Georges, at the Harbour View Mini Stadium.
That game will start at 7 o’clock.
Defending champions Boys’ Town will resume their title defence tomorrow when they travel to Elliston Wakeland Centre in Trelawny to play Village United.
Also tomorrow, Granville will host Arnett Gardens at the Sam Sharpe Mini Ground.
