Fulham oust Juventus from Europa League

Fulham overturned a three-goal aggregate deficit to beat Juventus 4-1 and reach the quarterfinals of the Europa League today, and David Villa\'s hat trick helped Valencia advance after a 4-4 draw at Werder Bremen.



Fulham took the two-legged series 5-4, while Valencia qualified on the away goals rule after a 1-1 draw at home in the first leg.



Brazilian striker Alan Kardec scored an injury-time winner as Benfica beat Marseille 2-1 to go through 3-2 overall, and Standard Liege beat Panathanaikos 1-0 to qualify comfortably 4-1 on aggregate.
