Children die in mudslide

Three children have reportedly been killed in Haiti and two persons injured following a massive mudslide, triggered by torrential rains.



The children who were reportedly inside a house were crushed to death after mud knocked down a wall.



Haiti is said to be vulnerable to flash floods and mudslides because most of its trees have been chopped down to make charcoal for cooking.
