Agriculture remains a crucial economic source in St Vincent

St. Vincent’s Agriculture Minister Montgomery Daniel is reporting that the sector continues to be a major contributor to the country\'s economy despite many challenges.



Mr. Daniel says over the last decade the sector has had to fight off many pests and diseases, along with the impact of global developments.



While acknowledging that some of the sector\'s contributions had declined Mr. Daniel says agriculture remains a crucial economic plank.
