Russia declares Day of mourning

Today has been declared a day of mourning following yesterday’s double suicide bombing in Russia.
The attacks, which struck the Moscow Metro, killed at least 38 people and injured more than 60.
No group has said it carried out the attacks, but security services have blamed rebels from the North Caucasus which includes Chechnya and Ingushetia.
In expressing condolences to victim’s families Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said those responsible for the attacks will be destroyed.
