All three countries ended in second place in their respective groups, which ended yesterday.

In their final Group 4 match against host T&T, Jamaica came away with a comfortable 3-0 win to seal their place in the last-eight.

For Jamaica, Michaelann Denton whipped T&T’s Kezia Koroma 6-4, 6-2, and the consistent Nia Rose downed Olivia Johnston 7-5, 6-2 for a 2-0 series win before Shaddae King and Rose completed the sweep by beating Kaleigh De Silva and Johnston 6-4, 7-5 in the doubles encounter.

With the win, Jamaica finished with two victories and a defeat, to end in second spot behind Guatemala, which recorded their third straight 2-1 win, this time over Barbados, who could have sneaked-in with a victory.
