Pakistan all-rounder Rana Naved filed an appeal today against a one-year ban from the national team and a fine of two million rupees.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), last month punished Naved for poor performance during the team\'s woeful tour of Australia earlier this year.
Naved is the third player after Akmal brothers, Kamran and Umar to file an appeal.
The PCB imposed bans and fines on seven players on the recommendations of an inquiry which investigated Pakistan\'s tour of Australia. Pakistan lost the test series 3-0 and was routed 5-0 in the one-day series before losing the only 20/20 game.
