The Haitian President, Rene Preval, is defending his administration after a survey found that only seven per cent of the population believes his government is capable of leading the reconstruction of the country.
Mr Preval has described the survey as unfair saying few countries in the world could have responded to a tragedy as devastating as January\'s earthquake on their own.
The poll was conducted for the charity Oxfam.
The president was speaking at a news conference to mark the three month anniversary of the quake.
Meanwhile, the leader of the World Food Programme in Haiti, Christian Labon, says the mood change among residents since the quake, has been remarkable.
