New batsman included in England squad

Opening batsman Michael Lumb was the one new player in England\'s 27-man squad announced today for the team\'s home matches this year.



Hampshire\'s Lumb had already made it into the squad for the April 30 to May 16 World 20/20 but now joins a group including the 11 elite players on 12-month central contracts and the seven with second-tier deals.



England have two tests against Bangladesh starting in May followed by five one-day matches against Australia.



England then plays Bangladesh again for three one-day matches before hosting Pakistan for four tests, two 20/20 Internationals and five one-day matches.
