Final set of preliminary games on today
The final set of matches in the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association/ Jamaica Hockey Federation Under-16 boys and girls’ competitions will take place this afternoon at the Mona Hockey turf.
Already all the semi-final spots have already been taken.
In the girls’ competition the semifinalists are defending champions St Andrew High and Alpha Academy from Zone ‘A’ and Excelsior and Papine from Zone ‘B’
The qualifiers from the boys’ competition are defending champions Munro College and Excelsior from Zone ‘A’ and Papine and Mona from Zone ‘B.
There will be one game in the girls’ competition this afternoon between third place Immaculate and fourth place St Hugh from Zone ‘A’. That game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m.
In Zone ‘B’ of the boys’ competition, third place Kingston College and fourth place Jamaica College will face off at 3 p.m. while second place Mona High will tackle last place Campion College at 4 p.m.
