SAFA suspends team manager, commercial director

The South African Football Association (SAFA) says it has suspended its commercial director and national team manager just a month before the World Cup.
South African Football Association issued a statement today saying Bafana Bafana team manager Sipho Nkumane and the association\'s commercial director Victor Nosi were suspended pending the outcome of disciplinary proceedings.
The statement said it was looking into allegations against Nkumane and Nosi but did not give any details.
The World Cup begins June 11.
The national team begins its final preparations under coach Carlos Alberto Parreira with a friendly against Thailand on Sunday in the northern city of Nelspruit.
