Prep School track meet launched yesterday

The 33rd Bigga/Jamaica Independent Schools’ Association Inter Prep Schools Track and Field Championship was launched yesterday at the St. Peter and Paul Prep School in Kingston.
The three-day meet, featuring 1,977 athletes, will take place at the National Stadium, beginning tomorrow.
Fifty-two schools, including three new entrants, are down to compete this year. The new schools are Valley Christian Ministries Prep, Little Angels Child Development Centre Prep and Sacred Heart Academy.
Hydel Prep are the defending champions.
