Windalco book semi-final spot

Windalco defeated Arnett Gardens ‘A’ 54-39 at the Leila Robinson Courts last night to qualify for the semifinals of the Jamaica Netball Association/Berger Super League.



Deneen Taylor led Windalco with 28 goals from 40 attempts, while Anna-Kay Griffiths had 26 from 36 attempts.



For Arnett Gardens, Sabrina Spence had a game-high 30 from 42 attempts and Shell Ann supported with nine from 13.



The remaining quarterfinal games will take place this afternoon at the Leila Robinson Courts, beginning at 5.45 p.m.



Those matches are defending champions Jamalco against Tivoli ‘B’, Tivoli ‘A’ facing GC Foster Strikers ‘A’ and Waulgrovians ‘A’ playing Mico.
