Normal operations have resumed at the Grantley Adams International Airport after air traffic controllers failed to turn up for duties on the weekend forcing the cancellation of some flights.
It is still unclear what caused the action by the air traffic controllers who called in sick.
The airport management and government officials met for several hours with union representatives to discuss the concerns of the air traffic controllers.
Last November, the air traffic controllers took similar industrial action.
However, the Ministry of International Business and International Transport gave no reasons for the action of the workers.
