Hillary Clinton tours Latin America

Honduras, Iran and immigration issues are likely to feature in discussions as US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton begins a tour of Latin America today.
Mrs. Clinton and foreign ministers from across the region are in Peru for the general assembly of the Organisation of American States (OAS).
The main theme will be peace and security, with the emphasis on how to limit arms spending in the Americas.
Mrs. Clinton will also visit Ecuador and Colombia, as well as Barbados.
