The two men charged with plotting to blow up the John F Kennedy airport are due to stand trial in New York this week.
Jurors will be asked to decide whether Guyana-born American Russel Defreitas, and Guyanese Abdul Kadir, joined in a conspiracy to blow up buildings, fuel tanks and pipelines at the airport.
They face life in prison if convicted.
It has been reported that the two other men who have been charged will not stand trial.
Opening statements in the trial are due to be made on Wednesday.
