West Indies fast bowler Kemar Roach and Dale Steyn of South Africa have been fined for breaching the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) code of conduct during the third test in Barbados this week.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) fined Roach 50 per cent of his match payments and Steyn 100 per cent percent of his fee today.
Steyn pleaded guilty to spitting in the direction of West Indies spinner Sulieman Benn during Monday's third day in the test, which South Africa won by 7 wickets to clinch a 2-0 test series victory.
Roach was involved in an altercation in the final overs of the test on Tuesday and had to be pulled away by his teammates.
