Grenadian Prime Minister, Tillman Thomas, is on his way to China to attend the Shanghai Exposition.

Thomas, who left the island on Monday, will visit a number of Chinese provinces before attending the exposition.

This is seen as an opportunity for Grenada to exhibit its culture, art and available prospects for investment in the country.

The prime minister says he intends to make good use of the exposition.

Junior Culture Minister, Arley Gill, and a team of performers, will leave Grenada later this week to join Prime Minister Thomas.

The works of various Grenadian artists are on display in Shanghai.
