The governor of the Barbados Central Bank says the island's economy will possibly suffer more unemployment, inflation and marginal growth.
According to Governor Delisle Worrell although visitor numbers have risen in the last six months tourism performance is not strong enough to provide a much-needed increase in foreign exchange reserves.
He said the remainder of the year is clouded in uncertainty.
