St Kitts dual citizenship debate continues

There's a new development to the debate in St Kitts over the issue of dual citizenship.
Under the country's constitution, any national who has sworn allegiance to a foreign country is not allowed to contest the election.
Former government minister, Cedric Liburd, is claiming that his rival, Eugene Hamilton, should have been disqualified from the elections held in January, because he holds a US green card.
While that does not make Hamilton a US citizen, Liburd says Hamilton has divided loyalties.
Liburd has taken the matter to court.
