Dominica's House Speaker, Alix Boyd-Knights and leader of the opposition United Workers Party, Ron Green, are among 25 public officers scheduled to appear before a magistrate’s court for failing to declare their assets to the integrity commission.
According to the Director of Public Prosecutions, Gene Pestaina, the two failed to meet the March 31 deadline for making their declarations and have therefore been found in breach of the Integrity in Public Office Act.
They are due to appear in court on November 15.
