The management of regional carrier LIAT is to meet with the union representing the airline’s workers in Grenada today.

The two sides will attempt to settle a two year wage dispute.

The matter came to a head last week when employees staged two days of industrial action.

Leader of the Technical and Allied Workers Union Chester Humphreys says the matter could have been resolved sooner if the company had responded to a proposal it received over a month ago.
