England stage fightback
Pakistan paceman Mohammed Amir claimed a test best six-wicket haul but Jonathan Trott and Stuart Broad have scored centuries to help steady England on the second day of the decisive fourth test at Lord's.
England, who resumed this morning on 39 for one, were 305 for seven at Sports Time with Trott on 128 and Broad 107.
The 18-year-old Amir became the youngest ever bowler to reach and pass 50 test wickets, adding two more to the four he took for no runs during an early spell in the morning session.
Left-armer Amir dismissed Alastair Cook, Kevin Pietersen, Paul Collingwood and Eoin Morgan for no runs added in a dramatic eight-ball sequence as England crashed to 47 for 5 in just 22 minutes.
Amir has so far taken six for 73. Pakistan must win to draw the series 2-2.
