Barbican, Los Perfectos to contest knockout final

Defending champions Barbican and Los Perfectos have earned the right to contest the 2010 Jamaica Football Federation/Sherwin Williams Colourscape Knockout final following semi-final victories yesterday at Prison Oval in Spanish Town.



Barbican, led by a double strike from Jodi-Ann McGregor, defeated Trelawny Women’s Football Club 3-1 in the opening game of the double-header.



McGregor scored in the 15th and 73rd minute, while Nadola Chase got the other goal for Barbican in the 82nd minute.



Kemulea Onfroy was on target for Trelawny Women’s Football Club in the 60th minute, a goal that levelled the scores at 1-1.



In the second game, Los Perfectos blanked Waterhouse 2-0 courtesy of goals from Shinell Brisco and Nugene Nugent.
