The Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) has fined Duhaney Park Football Club $20,000 and expelled the club from the Under-15 Champions League for using an over-aged player.

KSAFA says Duhaney Park used an ineligible player, Armardo Atland in all their matches for the 2009/2010 Under-15 Champions League including the semi-final against Tivoli Gardens.

Tivoli Gardens lost the semifinal match but lodged a protest to KSAFA.

The investigation revealed that the player was not eligible to participate in the competition, neither was he playing in his true identify as the birth certificate that was presented for registration was that of another individual.

Victory was awarded to Tivoli Gardens with a 3-0 margin. As a result of the adjustment, Tivoli Gardens will now play Cavalier in the final on Saturday at the Waterhouse Mini Stadium, starting at 4.30 p.m.
