Round One of DPL continues today

The first set of midweek matches in the 2010-2011 Digicel Premier League are scheduled for today, with reigning champions Harbour View and four other teams aiming to protect perfect win records.



Harbour View will host eighth place Arnett Gardens in a late game at Harbour View Stadium, scheduled to kick off at 7.00pm in the evening.



Harbour View, along with last season’s runners-up Tivoli Gardens, Waterhouse, Portmore United and Boys’ Town, are locked on six points each after two games, but the ‘Stars of the East’ are in fifth place.



Waterhouse, who are leading the points’ table courtesy of goal difference, will play away to seventh place Village United at Elliston Wakeland Centre in Trelawny, second place Portmore United will travel to Drax Hall in St Ann to tackle bottom place Benfica and third place Boys’ Town will host fourth place Tivoli Gardens at Collie Smith Drive.



In the day’s other games, sixth place Reno will entertain ninth place Humble Lions at Frome Complex in Westmoreland and second-from-the-bottom Sporting Central Academy and tenth place St Georges will face off at Brancourt in Clarendon.



Those games are scheduled to start at 3.30pm.
