Marcus Garvey Technical started on a winning note in the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel daCosta Cup yesterday by beating Brown’s Town High 1-0 in a rescheduled Zone ‘C’ game at Drax Hall in St Ann yesterday.
Keno Noble scored the lone goal of the match in the first half.
In another rescheduled game, William Knibb and Muschett battled to a 1-all draw in a Zone ‘A’ encounter at Martha Brae.
The competition continues tomorrow with 33 games across all 12 zones.
