Volleyball squad named

The Jamaica Volleyball Association named its final teams for the Caribbean Championships, which will take place in Barbados from July 13 to 21.
The teams are scheduled to play two friendly matches against the Bahamas at the University of the West Indies’ (UWI) Gymnasium on June 21 and June 22.
The Bahamians are expected to arrive in the island on June 20.
Players from Vikings and UWI dominate the 12-member male squad.
Dellan Brown, Mark Lewis and Tafaire Samuels, Errol Smith, Conaradio Taylor and Danny Wilson will represent Vikings.
Ricardo Chong, Andre McLean, Delford Morgan, Richard Reynolds are drafted from UWI.
National netballer Simone Forbes heads the women’s 12-member squad.
