T&T to arrive for WICB championships

Defending champions Trinidad and Tobago, Combined Campuses and Colleges, along with Leeward Islands and Windward Islands arrived in the country yesterday for the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) one-day championships, starting tomorrow.
The other three teams, Guyana, Barbados and the High Performance Centre Eleven are scheduled to arrive at 12.35 p.m.today.
Hosts Jamaica are drawn in Group ‘A’ alongside T&T, Windward Islands and Combined Campuses and Colleges.
They will open their campaign against Windward Islands at the Trelawny Multi Purpose Stadium on tomorrow’s opening day.
Guyana will play in Group B alongside Barbados, Leeward Islands and the High Performance Centre XI.
The tournament will end on October 24.
