Dominica is now without an Attorney General.
This as Francine Baron-Royer has said that she will be stepping down from the office when her contract expires today.
Baron-Royer made the announcement yesterday in a statement.
In the statement, Baron-Royer dispelled claims that she has had any falling out with the Roosevelt Skerrit led administration or that she was pressured out of the attorney general post.
Prime Minister Skerrit says a replacement will be finalised shortly.
