World 100 and 200-metre record holder Usain Bolt says he has recovered from the injuries, which forced him to rest for the last few months.

The sprinter cut short his season on August 10 - four days after losing to American Tyson Gay over 100 metres in Stockholm.

However, the triple Olympic champion is back in training and intends to defend his 100 and 200-metre World titles at the 2011 World Championships in Korea.

Bolt says he is 100 per cent healthy and is completely over his back and Achilles tendon problems.

Bolt missed the remaining Diamond League meetings in Zurich and Brussels after suffering his first defeat in two years when he was beaten by Gay in Sweden.

The Jamaican sprinter also did not compete at the recently concluded Commonwealth Games in India.

Bolt says he is really enjoying training at the moment.
