KFC high schoolboy competitions continue

Former champions Cornwall College will go for win number two in both the Under 16 and Under 19 competitions when the western leg of the 2010 ISSA/KFC high schoolboy basketball competition continues this afternoon.
In the Under 16 competition, Cornwall College will battle Holland, while in the Under 19 section they will play Maldon. Both games will take place at the Montego Bay Cricket Club.
Cornwall College got off to an encouraging start when their Under 16 and Under 19 teams both registered good wins in Monday’s opening games at Montego Bay Cricket Club.
In the first game, Cornwall College scored an emphatic 59-16 win over Spot Valley in the Under 16 competition; while the Under 19 team brushed aside Spot Valley 69-52.
Over at Rhodes Hall High School, the home team will meet Muschett in an Under 16 game while Mannings will battle Muschett in an Under 19 fixture.
