The United Nations General Assembly has again voted overwhelmingly for a resolution calling on the United States to end its economic embargo against Cuba.
It's the 19th consecutive year in which the General Assembly has expressed its disapproval of the five decade old economic embargo.
Only Israel and the United States voted against the non-binding resolution, which was backed by 187 countries.
Three countries abstained.
Speaking on behalf of CARICOM, Bahamas ambassador Paulette Bethel described the blockade as an anachronism.
